Jointly designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and IBI Page+Steele, Parade at Concord CityPlace encompasses two residential towers–38 and 43 storys–on a 10-story podium, encompassing an entire block occupying the front of a large park that forms the foreground to development from the Gardiner Expressway. Shorter 18-story buildings complete the composition and are placed diagonally opposite each of the towers.
