As a Residential Glass Consultant, Mike’s customer-centric approach allows him to truly understand business needs and challenges to ultimately develop effective solutions.

Residential Glass Consultant

David is relatively new to AGC, but has held sales roles in the glass business for 15 years, managing both residential and commercial accounts throughout the United States. As Residential Glass Consultant for the Central region, David develops strong relationships with customers and offers highly technical expertise in coatings and glass products. He enjoys working with a global industry leader like AGC, and sees a very bright future ahead.

Jason Foster
Residential Glass Consultant

With more than 20 years of industry sales experience, Jason focuses on residential glass needs in the Northern region. He brings a wealth of knowledge in all of the AGC’s industry segments, allowing him to provide customers with not only better performing products, but more cost-effective solutions. He relies on AGC’s one-stop-shop product offering, and works closely with company leaders to offer trusted consultation and results for his customers.

Sal DiGregorio
Director of Residential Sales

Sal has been a sales leader at AGC Glass North America for more than five years. In his current role as Director of Residential Sales, he draws on more than 25 years of industry experience to offer customers expertise in glass, insulating glass, windows, regulatory issues, and marketing. He thrives on AGC’s customer-centric, entrepreneurial environment, leveraging the company’s global reach and assets to provide customers value beyond price, delivery, and product. Sal is a Certified Fenestration Associate.

John Westfall
Residential Glass Consultant

For more than three years, John has been developing new relationships and solving meaningful customer issues for AGC Glass North America. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the window and door industry to his role at AGC. With expertise in a variety of products and components, and experience in sales, John knows the business from multiple angles. And as a Certified Fenestration Associate, he is able to develop solutions for the issues that face his customers’ businesses.

Carlene Lower, ASID Associate, IIDA

For almost two years, Carlene has managed accounts for AGC in the South and South Central regions. She has a diverse background, including 12 years working for manufacturers in color and design researching, and 12 years as a designer in large retail and hospitality commercial projects. Drawing on her background, Carlene has seen construction projects from every perspective. This allows her to understand the challenges that all project team members face, and provide support to bring projects to completion. Carlene takes great pride in inspiring and influencing creative applications using AGC products in new and innovative ways, and enjoys the opportunity to continue nurturing the relationships that she has built over the years with her peers and customers to provide creative solutions to any design challenge.

Rodney Neumayer

Rodney’s career at AGC has spanned more than 30 years, serving the company in a variety of sales coordination and management roles. Today, as Western Regional Sales Manager, he draws on his decades of experience to help customers solve problems. He does this by understanding their needs, service territories, and the glass industry as a whole. Rodney greatly values the relationships he has built with his customers, both internally and externally, and works with AGC because of the company’s integrity and team of highly-skilled, genuine people.

For more than 5 years, Brad Bartley has been an integral part of the sales team at AGC. He brings 20 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry to his current role, with expertise in a wide variety of commercial applications and connections with a wide network of industry contacts and influencers. Brad’s background and qualifications, combined with his positive, ambitious attitude, make him a go-to glass resource. Brad finds great fulfillment in his job when a stunning façade featuring AGC glass is on display — serving as the result of a deep commitment to and strong relationships with AGC’s fabrication and contracting partners.

Sylvie is a brand-new AGC Architectural Sales Representative, but she has 13 years of experience in the field, in addition to six years as a Retail Representative. She appreciates how the AGC team is proactive in improving the client experience, particularly as it to relates to her core customer service values. She is proud to be a part of the design process, and finds the possibilities of AGC glass to be all-encompassing and exciting. For more than 35 years, Scott has played a variety of important roles at AGC, from Plant Supervisor, to Project Manager, to Sales Manager, and now Architectural Representative. He brings decades of experience, understanding of building/energy codes, deep technical knowledge, and industry insight to his customers. At AGC, Scott most enjoys working with a group of people who are passionate about their work and serving their customers. He is also CSI and CDT certified. Because of his tenure with AGC, Scott can provide a unique perspective on addressing design goals, glass applications, and budgets, plus unparalleled access to AGC’s wide range of products to develop a solution specific to each and every project.

Shawn has been an Architectural Representative with AGC for more than seven years and has worked in the construction industry for more than 20. He covers a broad and diverse territory, mostly in the Western U.S. Shawn assists in guiding architects and designers through the glass selection process, helping them realize their dreams of designing amazing buildings with glass. Because of his lengthy industry experience, he has seen many projects and enjoys anticipating client needs and helping them meet aesthetic, performance, safety, and budgetary goals.
